The company from Zabriceni Monastery appeared in 2012 and is aimed to promote the conumption of organic products that the company produces and sels on the domestic market.

Today, the monastery owns 30 hectares of land, which is processed without the use of chemicals, taking into account the benefits for health and the environment.

In 2011, the monastery was visited by specialists in the field of organic agriculture from Czech Republic, that prognozed a positive outcome of this activity. At the same time the company started the cooperation with the Czech NGO, People in Need, which in 2012 provided a grant for the further development of the production process.
Later, 15 hectares of land were processed and in the summer of 2013 and 2014 it received the ecological certificates. In order to promote the products and assure their availability to the citizens of the country, with the support of Czech company PIN, the monastery opened its online store where people can order the whole range of ecological and organic products.
