Light, airy cake with three layers: two white layers and one cocoa layer, covered in delicious cream of egg whites. Decorated with white cream and lovely sugar-paste flowers.
Layering: Layers are bound together with coffee cream.
Ingredients: Coffee cream, cream of egg whites, cocoa, white cream, sugar-paste.
Net Mass: 1 kg, 2 kg or more.
