Made according to the classical technology and aged in oak barrels for at least 3 years. The beverage has a golden color, a sweet and mild taste, with an aroma of unripe apples, tree bark, yellow fruit, vanilla and wood. Aftertaste: long enough, with notes of very sweet raisins, dried pears, dried plums, grape peel.
