For the guests of Château Purcari, the following program will be organized:
- live music;
- a special menu and premium wines;
- holiday decorations;
- a photo zone for beautiful memories;
- a sweet surprise from the chef.

Menu

Cold snacks:
- lightly salted salmon with grapefruit, fennel and cucumber;
- baked beetroot with goat cheese, truffles and pumpkin seeds.
Hot appetizers:
- cauliflower glazed with honey and soy sauce, brie cheese and caviar sauce;
- shrimp ravioli, tomatoes and crispy parmesan.
Main course (optional):
- asian salmon with green vegetables;
- duck breast with celery cream, baked apple and strawberry sauce;
- pork tenderloin with 3 textures of parsnip and sauce.
Dessert:
- chocolate cake with berry and rosemary ice cream.

The cost of the event is 690 lei per person and does not include accomodation. Couples who wish to stay overnight at Château Purcari can do so at an additional cost.
