Farming
For six years the producer grows Thai Berries of 3 varieties on an area of 2.5 hectares. The berries are without thorns. The advantage of this hybrid is that it can bear fruit 10, 12 or even 15 years.
One hectare gives 1.5 tons of berries. The harvest period: June 5 - November 1.
The berries are sold in supermarket chains Metro and Linella.
In addition, the farmer produces honey from acacia and blackberries flowers. One family of honeys give 50 kg.
Also, he has a walnuts orchard, which he planted 6 years ago on 6 hectares. He also cultivates quince (golden variety), pears (November variety) and apples (golren, simirenko, kandil synap) on 80 ha.
