Soft even consistency. It does not spread on the horizontal surface, with no seeds, pits and pieces of peel. The taste is similar to the peach puree, sourish and sweet. No candying. Concentration of dried substances is refractometric 61% Brix.
Storage: Store fruit jam at temperature 0 С up +18С. The product expires within 2 years from production date.
Package: Hermetic metallic barrels with aseptic bags – inserts, mass 250-275 kg.
