6564 A Giant Sled Created by Designer Mihail Stamati is Available to Public in the Center of Chisinau
"This sled was created with the goal to bring people together and to give the opportunity to ride them in the public places of Chisinau" - Mihail Stamati.
Designer Michael Stamati created a giant sled which during winter days can be rode by children and adults. This project was initiated by the Department of Culture of Chisinau City Hall with the goal to diversify the recreational activities during wintertime.
This sled will bring people closer and will give them the opportunity to ride on the snow in a company, along with friends and family.
The author of the sled, Mihail Stamati, said that after the creation of 3D-models and after the manufacturing all the accessories, the sled was assembled together with students of Industrial Design Specialty of the Technical University of Moldova.
The sled will be presented to the public at the National Culture Day (January 15), and the fee for children who want to ride on them is a book, which they will donate to the new library.
The project was implemented with financial support from the Department of Culture and costs eight thousand lei.
