The event is organized by the National Centre for the Preservation and Promotion of Intangible Cultural Heritage in collaboration with the National Museum of Ethnography and Natural History and the Handicraftsmen Union of Moldova.

The exhibition aims to promote the traditional art of wood carving and its purpose is the passing of this craft to the younger generation through a variety of workshops and masterclasses organized by artists during the exhibition.
