MolDeco art-saloon hosts an exhibition-contest for masters from the Republic of Moldova and Romania, whose goal is to revive the traditions of authentic folk costumes.

The exhibition gathers 50 works created in recent years by masters from Chisinau, Falesti, Straseni and Bucharest. Guests of the event can admire women's, men's and children's shirts (ias), made entirely by hand, using authentic Romanian samples.

The jury will consist of five professionals from Moldova and Romania. The visitors will also have the opportunity to vote for their favorite shirt or clothing article.

The entrance is free and the exhibition will be open until April, 21. Here is a photo report made by madein.md team at the opening evening of the event.
