International speakers, local designers and more than 250 fashion lovers met, on November 16, at the Moldova in Fashion Conference 2019, to discuss the most important topics in the context of sustainable development of this industry.
The conference approached the topics of design trends in 2020, sustainable fashion, the changes that designers must implement to meet current trends, as well as various success stories.
Among the participants of the event were local designers, students, teachers, fashion bloggers and all those who wish to become part of important transformations in this area.
“In the context of the transformations that light industry is experiencing all over the world, we decided to talk about factors that can contribute to the sustainable development of the local market, by presenting reliable and practical information,” said Carolina Tulgara, executive director of ZIPhouse.
The partners of the event contributed to the organization of the event and took care of providing high-quality goods and services, and the participants had an ideal basis for high-quality communication and the exchange of knowledge and know-how.
The success of the 4th edition of the conference is a strong motivation for the ZIPhouse and strategic partners of the center to continue to support and develop the local light industry community, by holding new events of this level.
The event was organized by the Center of Excellence and Acceleration in Design and Technologies ZIPhouse, which is part of Technical University of Moldova, with the support of the Moldova Competitiveness Project, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the Swedish government and UKaid.
