Carpe Diem Wine Shop & Bar was founded in 2011 and was one of the first to open in Chisinau. Its administrator is the winemaker Ion Luca, who is also the creator of the wine brands Carpe Diem and Casa Vinicolă Luca.

Working hours: daily, from 11 AM to 11 PM.

Capacity: 20-24 seats.

Wines: the wines sold in the shop are made in Moldova except for Italian Proseco or champagne. New products are brought here for tasting, and if they meet the requirements of the wine shop, they are placed on the shelf.

Other products: tuica and divins, also made in Moldova, as well as Riedel glasses, a world leader in the production of wine glasses and decanters.

Here one can also find the "wine of the week", the only one that guests can taste before buying. In the winery, there are also special devices that allow you to keep the wines open for a longer period of time.

Sommeliers: Mihai Bradu and Alex Staci.

Prices in the wine shop are similar to stores. The most expensive wines are Castel Mimi Cabernet Cauvignon Reserve - 1100 lei and Herez from Vinăria Ialoveni - 1800 lei.

Menu: cheese or cured meats. For other dishes, the winery cooperates with catering companies that can deliver food in 30 minutes or one hour.

Events: masterclasses and tastings led by sommeliers can be organized in Romanian, Russian and English. Upon request, both public and private events can be organized.
