Production

The enterprise manufactures two types of cheeses, which are made using traditional technologies. Both cheeses are made from cow's milk, leaven, enzymes for coagulation of milk and alimentary salt. No other additives or chemical substances are added. As a raw material they use 100% cow milk with a fat content of 4% or higher. As a result, the fat content of cheeses is more than 40%.
