Eclers (Éclairs) are oblong hollow pastries of choux dough. Cream topping is sprinkled with delicate crumbs. Treat your family with our variations of this originally French dessert.

Filling: Soft sweet cream. Fillings include classic butter cream, cocoa cream and milk cream.
Ingredients: Condensed milk cream, glaze, peanuts.
Mass netto: 50g/ pastry (14 pastries or 50 pastries in box).
