Manufactured by carbon maceration, involving fermentation of unсrushed grapes, the wine acquires unique chromatic, aromatic and taste qualities. It is rich in its own tannins, remarkable through its comprehensive fruity bouquet. It is the homologue of the French wine Beaujolaes Nouveau.
