Vinification: Grapes are harvested manually and the wine is made using traditional winemaking techniques and modern, last generation equipment. The pomace maceration and fermentation take place for 20 days in oak vats.
During fermentation, all efforts are directed to optimize the extraction of flavors of all blended grape varieties in order to obtain the unique structure specific to this wine.
The winemaking process is followed by 10-12 months maturation in barrels of 225 liters, followed by a long period of aging of at least two years in Krasnodar oak barrels. This allows obtaining a balanced and elegant wine.
