Obtained from selected grapes, Pinot Noir from the region of Codru, the sparkling wine Grand Vintage is unic. Ageing in bottle for 5 years gives the wine a fine and persistent perlage. It is characterized by a floral bouquet, harmonious and delicate taste. It is vinified according to the French classic method, by secondary fermentation in glass and with subsequent cuvée aging for at least 5 years.
